Description

• Develop the Legal Department and provide legal services to the company • Develop legal functions including contract drafting, compliance, and more • Lead negotiations, due diligence efforts, and provide legal advice • Support the company's global operations with legal and business skills • Set and meet high standards of ethics across the company

Requirements

• At least 10 years of legal experience in corporate organizations or private practice • Experience providing legal service to top corporations in Zambia • Experience leading teams of attorneys • Degree in law and LAZ membership with current practicing certificate • Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Mining Law, Employment law, and relevant legislation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High integrity and ethical practice • Strong oral and written communication skills
