Description

• Monitor performance and availability of all infrastructure, applications, security, and services • Attend to technical incidents • Detect and prevent system outages impacting operations • Categorize and escalate issues • Notify stakeholders of service impacting issues • Troubleshoot bugs and low incidents • Provide resolution confirmation to incidents and outages • Assist in conducting reviews and post mortems • Define and implement protocols for Corporate Governance • Lead Triage sessions with solving teams • Support security vulnerability studies • Maintain documentation in accordance with policies

Requirements

• Troubleshooting experience • Understanding of network and cloud systems • Basic development understanding • Experience in creating/updating knowledge base documents • Time flexibility for onsite or remote work • Good verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge in monitoring principles and operations • Familiarity with Infrastructure/applications (cloud/datacenter) • Experience in monitoring server application logs/events • Knowledge of common log/application errors • Knowledge of at least one database engine • Familiarity with ITIL • Fluency in English • 24/7 availability • Familiarity with agile principles • Problem-solving skills
