Description

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships within the SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate industries• Present HR, OD, and recruitment proposals and negotiate terms of engagement with clients• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system• Execute with a human-first approach, emphasizing personalized interactions and avoiding mass email campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field• Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field• Strong understanding of the SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate industries, including key trends, technologies, and challenges• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
