📋 Description

• Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR-related inquiries via a Case Management System and Live Chat • Support global leaders with complex inquiries related to Workday, recruiting, compensation, and performance management • Provide customer service to EMEA employees and leaders regarding payroll, benefits, leave management, document creation, and related questions • Handle requests promptly according to procedures • Understand customer issues and ensure necessary actions are carried out to resolve them • Resolve a high percentage of requests at first contact using the knowledge base and Desk Side Procedures • Provide HR administrative support for Switzerland and Spain • Partner with other HR teams • Identify solutions for trends or inefficiencies and contribute to global projects • Process HR transactions accurately and promptly • Evaluate work requests and determine appropriate priority and resolution • Work with HR functional areas to accomplish work goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2 or more years of customer-facing Human Resources experience • Very good command of English and French • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Customer focus, diligence, and attention to detail • Good time management and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office tools • Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus • Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools • Strong analytical skills • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
