Description

β€’ Managing inbound leads for the MyCase product, developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of AffiniPay's legal practice management software, MyCase β€’ Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities β€’ Maintain call volume of 45-60 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline β€’ Update and maintain Salesforce database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives β€’ Contacting and qualifying inbound leads, educating prospects about the product, and scheduling meetings with the sales team. β€’ Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence β€’ Work closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of sales experience or customer-oriented role that includes cold calling. β€’ Sales experience and training at a Tech or SaaS company β€’ Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter, investigative skills, natural storyteller, curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo β€’ Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Experience selling technology and/or software β€’ Highly organized, strong time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, hustle, and persistence

Benefits

β€’ Competitive base pay range of $48,000-$50,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission opportunity. β€’ Competitive and fair compensation β€’ Base pay differs if performing role outside of US/Austin/California
