📋 Description

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets through disciplined pipeline management • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstrations and contract close • Execute a balanced mix of inbound follow-up and outbound calling/emailing to build and maintain pipeline • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and align solutions to business outcomes • Deliver tailored, web-based demonstrations that clearly communicate ROI and value • Identify and influence champions, economic buyers, and technical stakeholders within healthcare organizations • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and next steps in Zoho CRM • Represent LeadingReach with professionalism, integrity, and customer-first thinking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota • SaaS sales experience required; HealthTech or healthcare IT experience strongly preferred • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to non-technical audiences • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred) • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
