📋 Description

• Own the relationship between HR and leaders of dedicated functional areas regardless of geography • Serve as an active member of the internal client’s management team and OneHR global human resources team • Lead and manage the people-management agenda, change-management projects, and internal communications • Advise on key talent decisions and share responsibility for meeting functional goals through people • Partner with HR subject-matter experts across talent acquisition, development, data and operations, benefits, compliance, and policy • Report directly to the Director of Human Resources • Represent HR to employees as a knowledgeable, trusted single point of contact • Facilitate management-team discussions and transfer best practices across functions • Lead people-management activities and facilitate the management team • Identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees • Identify promotion-ready employees and rotate top talent across functions • Build strong business relationships with internal clients and identify and address gaps and risks • Drive enterprise talent-management processes and localized talent programs • Support delivery of HR processes and programs • Manage complex HR projects as a subject-matter expert and support the HRBP team • Balance organizational and employee needs with compliance and best practices • Engage employees to drive positive outcomes and resolve issues creatively • Coach and influence clients on people programs, HR policy, local laws, and best practices • Drive adoption of people programs and develop organization-specific approaches aligned with corporate policies • Monitor organizational culture, identify issues, and proactively address them • Apply business acumen to deliver comprehensive people-program experiences • Provide feedback to subject-matter experts for future program design • Clearly explain subtle or complex information, including medical benefits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in partnering with clients in a global HR capacity, including familiarity with payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management and development • Mexico employment HR experience required; US employment HR experience preferred • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and applicable laws • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines • Sound business acumen and ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels • Creative thinking and problem solving, with ability in organizational diagnosis and solution generation • Ability to deliver in a dynamic, ambiguous environment where change is the norm • Adept at exercising independent judgment and maintaining appropriate confidentiality • Systems-thinking approach balancing enterprise and local team needs • Excellent communication, consultative, influencing, and facilitation skills • Proactive approach focused on results and ethical standards • Bachelor’s degree required • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, proactive communication practices, and professional on-camera presence
