• Manage and optimise existing large-scale SEM (Google, Bing, etc) campaigns • Proactively analyse performance data to identify new growth levers • Resolve daily campaign performance issues and implement optimizations • Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies • Hands-on mentality with a willingness to take the initiative • Create and improve ad copy and ad features for better engagement • Utilise Google Analytics and SEM tools to track and optimise campaigns • Stay updated on industry changes, algorithm updates, and trends • Implement a "test and learn" approach to continually improve results • Directly contribute to the Company’s bottom-line growth through SEM efforts
• Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field • At least 4 years of experience as SEM Specialist/PPC Specialist • Proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, ability to identify and leverage connections. Good overall understanding of the Marketing Funnel. • Experience in Financial Services is an advantage. • Fluent in English language is a must. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage. • Proficient in executing paid media campaigns for sustainable growth while maintaining probability (ROAS). Skilled in building, optimising, and analysing paid campaigns across diverse marketing platforms, especially Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Microsoft Ads. • Familiarity with Mobile Attribution Platforms such as Appsflyer and GA4 is a big plus • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Exceptional analytical abilities and a passion for identifying opportunities through data analysis
