Description
• Coordinating the flow of patients in the examination and treatment areas • Ensuring proper documentation in patient chart • Liaising with medical laboratories and physician offices • Check-in and check-out patients • Respond to patient inquiries and telephone calls • Order office and medical supplies
Requirements
• Medical Office Experience and/or Medical Office Assistant Diploma• Previous Personal Support Worker or Medical Laboratory experience • Proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records system • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
