âą Degree educated in a Life Sciences discipline such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field âą Extensive commercial and business development experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industry âą Proven ability to generate and grow strategic customer partnerships âą Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, including pre-clinical, clinical, manufacturing, and commercialisation stages âą Ability to engage in meaningful scientific and business discussions âą Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills âą Confidence influencing technical experts and senior executives âą Experience managing sales pipelines and customer engagement activities using CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.com âą Fluent in written and spoken English âą Willingness to travel up to 50%
