• Run multichannel outbound sequences — email, phone, LinkedIn, and events — targeting technical buyers at OEMs across the DACH region • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and work targeted lead lists • Qualify prospects through cold call sequences to identify ICP fit • Hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives with clean notes and context • Track your own metrics and bring frontline market insights back to sales and marketing leadership
• 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (or strong hunger to break in) • Fluent in German and English — you'll be reaching buyers across the DACH region • Comfortable with rejection and energized by outbound • Driven to grow into an Account Executive role and willing to earn it • Bonus: experience or genuine curiosity in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware
