Requirements

• Bachelor or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity • Proven track record in managing migration projects • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and migration methodologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills • Demonstrated strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities • Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment • Experience Managing Global teams across time zones in a remote environment
