Description

• Lead the marketing team from initial research to strategy, executional delivery, and continuous improvement. • Monitor current campaigns to meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks. • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure. • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff. • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies. • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, web3. • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. • Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to think creatively and innovate. • Budget-management skills and proficiency. • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field. • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. • Familiarity with graphic design, web design, production, etc. • Creativity to develop original content. • Strong leadership qualities. • Ability to be a team player.
