Description

• Role: Sr. Salesforce Project Manager • Hours: 40 hours per week • Compensation: $75 - $125 per hour (W2/1099) • Transition to full time: $125,000.00 -$165,000.00 (W2) - Total Compensation • Duration: 3-6 months Contract to hire • Location: US remote; must be available to work in EST time zone. • Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Leadership, Data-Driven Management, Expert Communication and Documentation, Tactical Task Coordination, Resource and Financial Management, Quality Assurance, Team Development and Mentoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in project management within a Salesforce environment, with a track record of successful large-scale (enterprise-level) technical implementations. • Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile). • Proven Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale (enterprise-level) Salesforce projects, including coordination with both internal and offshore teams. • Strong Analytical Skills: Capacity for informed, data-driven decision-making to effectively progress project teams. • Exceptional Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively. • Jira and PM Tools Proficiency: Extensive experience with Jira and other project management tools. • Commitment to Follow-Through: Demonstrated ability to complete tasks, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
