Description

• Responding to customer support messages from customers primarily through chat but also over a phone call at times • Continually increasing Mangomint product knowledge for expert-level answers and service • Availability on some evenings and weekends • Opportunities and growth potential with unpredictable hours • Providing top-tier customer support to clients

Requirements

• You live in the CST or EST time zone • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support position • Ability to learn quickly with an 'I'll figure it out' attitude • Independence and ability to work well autonomously and with a team • Enjoy working on difficult-to-solve problems in stressful situations • Love for talking with people and ability to be respectful and kind • Skilled communicator through writing • Experience with salons and spas would be helpful
