📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes —including profile design, talent sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate assessments. • Provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily HR operations through employee records management, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and general departmental organization. • Maintain an outstanding level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization in operational tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies • Bonus Asset: B2 in English • Non-Negotiable: The Above The Line Mindset
