📋 Description

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for the team, from talent acquisition to strengthening company culture • Management of the full recruiting process, from strategy and direct sourcing to KPI ownership • Collaboration with recruitment agencies • Planning, coordinating and conducting onboarding and offboarding • Further development of employer branding, especially on LinkedIn, through content and benefits business cases • Development, planning and implementation of feel‑good initiatives for the remote team • Alignment with the P&C lead on organization and team composition • Maintenance of HR tools, especially Personio, and handling administrative tasks • Support of the team through regular one‑on‑one and feedback meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English • 3–5 years of relevant recruiting experience • Hands‑on direct sourcing experience • Experience building or scaling HR processes • Ownership mentality, high self‑initiative and sense of responsibility • Confident communication with diverse stakeholders and active relationship management • Strong organizational skills, creativity and the ability to structure a variety of topics • Independent, proactive and careful working style with high attention to detail • Ideally experience in a remote working environment and understanding of associated people challenges • Combination of strategic thinking and a hands‑on mentality • Ideally experience with rapid team or company growth • Willingness/ability to work remotely within Germany or from the Berlin office
