• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for various positions within the drinks industry • Review resumes and portfolios to assess candidates' qualifications • Maintain and update candidate database with accurate information • Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field • At least 3 years’ experience in 360-degree talent sourcing, headhunting/executive search, and database management • Familiarity with the drinks industry or a strong interest in pursuing a career in this sector is advantageous • Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing tools • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software
