📋 Description

• Analyze the commercial performance of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Trading and produce reports for the Head of Department and Directors • Support Trading team plans for routes to market and stock management • Help plan and implement promotions and pricing on Direct-to-Consumer platforms • Provide administration support for Direct-to-Consumer platforms and commercial reports • Understand commercial calculations in Trading and Business Plans to ensure reports are complete and accurate • Input data for commercial reports and produce selected weekly and requested reports • Monitor and analyze actual performance against forecasts with the Commercial team • Create new reporting files and audit files for calculation accuracy • Suggest improvements benefiting the Department and Group • Assist the Content Admin team with new products on appropriate platforms, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer content • Complete administration forms for product listings in internal systems • Audit listings against Direct-to-Consumer content standards • Analyze competitor listings • Update pricing and listings on Direct-to-Consumer platforms according to short- and long-term strategies • Monitor sales rank and competitors on Direct-to-Consumer platforms • Liaise with Direct-to-Consumer contacts to ensure smooth platform operation • Assist Customer Engagement with reviews, feedback, and content changes • Provide administration support for department operations
