Description

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding market presence in the renewable energy sector. The position involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, leading sales and business development efforts, managing sales pipeline and forecasting, negotiating contracts and agreements, supporting project development activities, promoting brand visibility and thought leadership, monitoring industry trends and regulatory developments, contributing to team collaboration and growth, and adhering to ethical and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering, environmental science, business, operations, management or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the renewable energy industry or related sectors • In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Ability to conduct strategic planning, market analysis, and feasibility studies • Excellent relationship building and networking skills • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Project management and collaboration experience
