• Build and manage the Madrid partnership portfolio across performing arts, theatre, live entertainment, and sports • Prospect, pitch, and advance deals with Madrid’s leading venues, arts organizations, and sports properties • Cultivate trust-based relationships with marketing directors, general managers, producers, agents, and sports rights holders • Support and prepare seasonal and show-level negotiations, including access programs, exclusive inventory, flash sales, and promotional campaigns • Lead partner onboarding and activation for new Madrid signings • Work with the MARI team on Mutua Madrid Open activations • Collaborate with Partner Ops on inventory management, financial reconciliations, and platform setup • Partner with Marketing to amplify Madrid supply and support multi-show and multi-sport campaigns • Track the competitive landscape, programming calendar, and partner health; provide actionable insights to leadership • Represent TTG externally at industry events, partner meetings, and cultural and sports forums in Madrid • Sign 10–15 partners across relevant sectors in Year 1 • Launch 20–30 access programs and close 5 exclusive-inventory deals in Year 1 • Maintain partner satisfaction and on-time activation • Build TTG’s brand credibility in Madrid
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management — in arts, live entertainment, sports, hospitality, or a similarly relationship-driven environment • Native Spanish speaker with full professional fluency in English — written and verbal • Ability to build authentic relationships and navigate negotiations in both languages • Familiarity with the Madrid performing arts and/or sports landscape • Existing relationships with theatres, venues, promoters, or sports organizations are a strong plus • Working knowledge of marketing principles and campaign mechanics • Ability to position partner inventory for maximum impact and brief and collaborate with marketing teams • Track record of moving deals forward, building pipelines, advancing conversations, and closing deals • Solid commercial instincts and ability to contribute to deal structures and proposals • Resourcefulness and comfort operating in an ambiguous, build-it-as-you-go environment • Clear, confident communication and ability to synthesize information into crisp stakeholder updates and pitch with conviction • Ability to work cross-functionally and asynchronously with teams across time zones (London, US) • Genuine passion for theatre, live performance, and sports • Background in theatre administration, arts marketing, sports partnerships, or arts management is strongly preferred • Must be based in the greater Madrid area
