• Own and manage school district partnerships • Drive Marker Learning's mission • Oversee full client lifecycle • Champion client priorities • Serve as subject matter expert • Travel to client sites up to twice monthly • Must be able to work EST hours • Experience in health tech or ed-tech is a plus • Experience as a 0 to 1 operator in a startup environment is a plus • Fast learners and eager to take on new challenges are encouraged to apply

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Account Management, or other relevant client-facing roles • Highly collaborative, organized, and able to present to a diverse audience • Strong proficiency in analytical thinking • Must be scrappy and have a growth mindset • Holistic approach to problem-solving • Results-oriented and comfortable being held to a high standard of growth • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency • Prior experience in startup environments within the B2B sphere • Adaptability and agility in evolving landscapes
