📋 Description

• Handle escalated customer support tickets • Review AI-drafted responses and GitHub pull requests, using ads-platform context to judge whether fixes are straightforward or require founder sign-off • Provide informed, contextual answers to customer questions about Meta ads setup • Communicate directly over Intercom and email • Replicate customer scenarios in Meta Ads Manager to test features and verify ad configuration • Help determine whether recurring issues require product fixes or one-off patches • Support testing of new releases before launch

🎯 Requirements

• Has personally built and configured live Meta ad campaigns hands-on, not just directed others who did • Agency, in-house e-commerce, or own-project experience building Meta campaigns accepted • Comfort with additional platforms such as TikTok or Google Ads is a plus • Comfortable navigating GitHub and working alongside a technical, AI-heavy workflow • Does not need to write code, but should not be intimidated by JSON or an ad's underlying parameters • Real logic and pattern-recognition ability • Direct, matter-of-fact communication style • Comfortable with Intercom and email • Prior formal customer support experience is not required • Genuinely motivated to move into tech and AI • Genuinely comfortable working with AI tools day to day • Maintain an active personal Facebook Ads account in good standing, required for testing and troubleshooting in customer ad accounts
