Description

• Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for bad actor detection services • Communicate vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders • Create product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and user flows • Collaborate with Match Group properties globally to align partners on strategies • Develop metrics to measure service changes and analyze results • Manage data accessibility for reporting purposes and design dashboards • Drive internal process improvements and quality assurance • Assess emerging trust & safety products and provide recommendations for new technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, developer relations, or software development experience • Domain knowledge in Trust & Safety, Identity, Fraud Detection and Prevention • Experience supporting business-critical systems for multinational customers • Ability to qualify how the API/service delivers value • Experience with large datasets, analytics tools, and software such as SQL and BI • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack • Ability to bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems • Experience sharing information and insights across large organizations • Comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers • Building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and drive
