Description
• Lead Growth Marketing Manager responsible for the success of account-based marketing campaigns • Collaborate with Sales to create customized marketing emails/strategies for target accounts • Track and measure KPIs and effectiveness of ABM and cross-sell initiatives • Optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and lead nurturing through email and sequencing • Monitor, track, and communicate campaign performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a marketing-related field preferred; equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, marketing automation/lead generation or sales for B2B or B2G • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with digital content/campaign development tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), as well as lead generation in a B2B environment • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in ConnectWise, Salesforce, or a similar CRM tool • Ability to manage/execute concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills
