• Primary responsibility is to get Enterprise customers successfully onboarded onto the Medallion platform • Migrate data into Medallion and develop documentation and tools for efficiency • Engage hands-on with customers during critical phases in their customer journey • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Product teams
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or analytics, with complex data sets • 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients or strategic client projects • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company or startup
