• Responsible for remotely selling the full range of Surgical products across our portfolio • Work collaboratively with other Surgical Remote Sales colleagues and local field-based sales teams to exceed sales targets • Develop deep relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote and sell Medtronic Surgical products remotely • Actively contribute as part of the wider sales team, working towards agreed objectives with the Remote and Regional Sales Managers • Support field sales representatives with sales planning and execution, including sales calls, data analysis, identifying customer opportunities, and follow-up activities • Attend occasional internal and customer meetings (up to 20% travel)
• Previous sales experience within the Medical Device or high-tech industry • Strong telephone and virtual presentation skills, with excellent communication abilities • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customers and successfully close sales opportunities • Full clean driving licence
