Description

• As a Solutions Architect for Megaport, you’ll work with cloud networking solutions via a globally connected software-defined network • Interact with top hyper-scale and cloud solution partners worldwide • Design and implement layer 2 and layer 3 network-based solutions • Drive technical solutions with senior engineering and business leaders • Support sales opportunities by creating and delivering demonstrations to customers and cloud sales partners • Lead technical workshops with partners and end-users • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Megaport products and solutions • Build relationships with key vendors like Cisco, VMware, and Palo Alto • Collaborate with the European sales team to drive Partner Vantage relationships • Develop network architecture content for external partners • Build restful API and Terraform integrations for partners

Requirements

• Strong technical background in designing Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architectures • Experience in working with live networks • Fluent Italian speaker • High-level English proficiency • Customer presentation and public speaking capabilities • Experience in designing cloud/virtualization solutions • Understanding of Carrier Networks in EMEA • Hands-on experience with Terraform and API integrations is a plus • Experience in Enterprise software market or ISP/Internet industries desired • Ability to travel as needed
