📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes • Align on candidate profiles and understand the technical and behavioral requirements of open positions with hiring managers • Serve as the liaison between leadership and HR throughout the recruitment process • Develop and publish job advertising strategies • Screen resumes, conduct talent sourcing, and carry out active recruitment • Conduct behavioral interviews and initial assessments • Apply technical screening criteria and assess cultural fit • Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations for hiring managers • Organize and monitor each stage of the selection process • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and leaders • Handle offer discussions and final alignment • Organize and verify documentation for onboarding • Liaise among HR/Talent Acquisition, Personnel Administration/Contract Management, and hiring managers • Monitor the hiring workflow through completion of onboarding • Update process trackers, metrics, and recruitment records • Support improvements to internal attraction and selection processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs • Previous experience with ClickUp • Strong ability to write cultural and behavioral assessment reports • Ability to align with leaders on open positions • Collaborative and communicative profile, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Availability for remote work • Education or certifications not specified
