Description

• Manage payroll administration in partnership with Head of People Operations • Serve as main point of contact for employee benefit and payroll issues • Maintain records, reporting, multi-state tax accounts and other documentation required by federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies in partnership with our brokerage team • Administer annual benefits open enrollment process • Partner with leave mgmt provider to ensure timely and accurate pay and benefits admin

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience • Proficient with HRIS and payroll platforms • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills [Bonus Qualifications] • SHRM-CP and/or CPP preferred • Experience with Rippling HRIS
