Description

• Guiding and refining the vision and strategy for Internal Tools • Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of Product Managers, Designers and Engineers focused on developing and enhancing our Internal Tools • Ensuring that our Internal Tools meet the near-term needs of our teams as well as can support the rapid number of programs we are implementing and increasing patient volume • Partnering with engineering to define and prioritize features and improvements based on a deep understanding of our technical infrastructure and customer needs • Working with the Application Infrastructure team to ensure building of underlying systems that scale • Developing a highly modular, scalable and extensible solution that will allow even novice users and client teams to create and maintain clinical programs across a broad range of clinical use cases and service lines • Coordinating with Clinical Programs team on required functionality and enhancements used to design and implement programs, and with our Care Team Tools product team on the interfaces to setup and manage our care team-facing application

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in a B2B/enterprise product role • Experience developing scalable products with complex backend systems • Track record of owning strategy for products/product suites • Strong 0 to 1 product and platform development experience • Bonus qualifications: Experience in healthcare, Technical fluency, Prior work at a startup
