📋 Description
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various Danish-speaking jobs, from initial screening to final placement • Source, attract, and interview candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for clients • Utilize professional networking tools and internal databases to identify high-potential talent • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing professional feedback to candidates and hiring managers • Ensure an excellent candidate experience • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the applicant tracking system • Collaborate with international teams to deliver recruitment and staffing solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is strictly required • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Strong desire to start a career in recruitment and staffing; previous experience is not required • Full training is provided • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build professional rapport quickly • Resilience, high motivation, and a results-oriented mindset • Fluency in English is required for communication in the international consultancy environment
