📋 Description

• Deliver customer support to Dutch-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services on Booking.com. • Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking requests. • Resolve customer complaints and escalations. • Collaborate with internal teams and tourism partners to resolve complex booking discrepancies. • Provide information about accommodation options, travel policies, payment procedures, and platform features. • Document customer interactions, feedback, and case resolutions in the CRM system according to company guidelines and data privacy regulations. • Stay current on Booking.com tourism offerings, promotional campaigns, and platform updates. • Contribute to customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and response-time targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills, spoken and written • Valid EU passport, mandatory for eligibility • Strong passion for customer service excellence • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace based within Greece • Working-level English proficiency for internal communications and training • Previous customer service, travel support, or tourism experience is advantageous but not required; full training provided
