📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international clients within the staffing sector • Source, screen, and interview candidates for Dutch-speaking jobs across Europe • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and provide a premium consultancy experience • Use professional networking tools and a proprietary database to identify talent • Coordinate interview schedules and communication between hiring managers and candidates • Stay updated on recruitment and staffing industry trends • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs while contributing to the global recruitment team
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Dutch, spoken and written, is mandatory • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people • Eagerness to learn recruitment and staffing from the ground up; no prior experience needed • Professionalism, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset • Ability to relocate to Greece and work within an international team environment
