📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Estonian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions. • Log customer interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system. • Identify customer needs and provide information, guidance, or escalation pathways. • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to maintain service standards and support continuous improvement. • Meet and exceed response time, customer satisfaction, and quality performance targets. • Stay informed about client products, services, policies, and updates. • Support onboarding of knowledge and best practices within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Estonian, spoken and written, is essential. • Valid EU passport or EU citizen status is mandatory. • Good command of English. • Previous customer service, customer support, or related client-facing experience is advantageous but not required. • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline, reliability, and time management. • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard office software.
