📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels. • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in line with company standards and policies. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions using CRM and case management systems. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or senior support teams. • Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance benchmarks. • Stay up to date with product and service knowledge, training materials, and internal process updates. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer support quality and efficiency. • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, high-performance remote working culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish language skills, spoken and written • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory • Previous customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience highly advantageous • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a professional home working environment within Greece • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard office software • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
