📋 Description

• Provide world-class support to German-speaking customers regarding mobility and transportation needs • Resolve inquiries related to booking platforms, vehicle reservations, and mobility service subscriptions • Assist clients with real-time navigation issues and account management • Act as a brand ambassador for mobility clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention • Troubleshoot technical issues with user applications • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems • Collaborate with international teams to refine mobility-industry service processes

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German, spoken and written, is mandatory • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Strong communication skills and passion for customer excellence in the mobility sector • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining connected to a supportive team • Tech-savvy mindset and ability to learn new software platforms quickly • Previous experience in mobility services or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
