• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various German-speaking roles. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and career guidance. • Utilize professional networking platforms and recruitment databases to identify high-potential talent within the recruitment & staffing sector. • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between hiring managers and applicants. • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in accordance with internal standards. • Contribute to team targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance in high-quality candidate placement. • Represent Mercier Consultancy Group as a brand ambassador, providing a world-class candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German, spoken and written • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to excel in recruitment and staffing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to relocate to Greece
