Description

• Serve as the focal point to facilitate interaction between clients and other MeridianLink departments • Ensure deployment/project schedules and timelines are met by all stakeholders on a project • Responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives • Proactively identify potential issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items • Performs project plan creation and updating, weekly status reporting, and continuously tracks project activities, risks, and issues • Maintain a positive attitude and provide the highest level of customer service in response to client and internal questions and requests • Identify areas where we can implement process improvements and add efficiencies • Organize processes to maximize productivity and efficient utilization of internal resources and software

Requirements

• Business or related degree • 2+ years of Project Management experience • PMP or other Project/Program Management Certifications are encouraged
