• Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM and US markets • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing • Generate new business through outbound prospecting • Adapt presentations to specific pain points of prospects • Maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities • Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share feedback • Actively participate in team meetings and help optimize internal sales playbooks
• The candidate must be located in Mexico or El Salvador • 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued. • Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English. • CRM Mastery: Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting. • Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics. • Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems. • Tech-savvy attitude: comfortable adopting new tools to improve productivity.
