Description

• Shaping and designing Mindbeat's solutions and products • Ensuring strong alignment with company values • Drawing on latest thinking, research, and science • Collaborating with specialist coaches to bring innovative, practical, and impactful solutions to market • Creating a vision for future propositions • Gathering insights from relevant and impactful data • Facilitating client events • Supporting sales team with thought leadership and solution design • Anchoring Marketing and Events calendar in core areas of expertise • Ensuring alignment between sales, brand voice, program offerings, and outbound campaigns • Designing sales collateral • Building great relationships internally and externally

Requirements

• Proven track record in OD, Change Management, or L&D • Ability to engage clients with outstanding presentation and communication skills • Experience with blended learning programs and instructional design • Passion for psychology and science • Degree educated • Strong attention to detail • Process-driven and self-motivated • Flexible and adaptable • London-based with ability to work in central London twice a week • Commercially minded • Desire to make a difference and have fun along the way
