• Strategically planning, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across various advertising channels • Leveraging local and cultural knowledge to further optimize UA campaigns for KR audiences • Analyzing data and optimizing campaigns based on LTV:CAC and ROAS evaluations • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance on a regular cadence to various levels of stakeholders • Collaborating with the Design, Commercial, Product, and Data teams to achieve unified company goals • Maintaining relationships with advertising partners (including local KR sources) to maximize campaign performance and improvements • Staying up to date on the latest user acquisition trends in the market, shifts in market dynamics, and emerging platforms
• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or mobile user acquisition space • Undergraduate degree in marketing/finance or equivalent experience • Deep understanding of the local market and the ability to craft and execute on geo-specific campaign strategies • Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights • Ability to collaborate with our Design Team to help produce high performing ad creatives • Ability to communicate key strategies, insights and recommendations to stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional business units • Previous experience in working with SDK networks, DSPs, Facebook, and Google. This can include Applovin, ironSource, UnityAds, TapJoy, Moloco and others. • Motivated to learn new skills and work with new technologies • Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken in English Bonus: • Experience in the mobile gaming industry • Experience advertising on social networks like TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter • Experience in ASO and/or conversion rate optimization • Additional spoken and written languages!
