📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of the digital product, ensuring continuous evolution and delivery of value • Lead discovery processes to identify growth and efficiency opportunities • Monitor key metrics (KPIs/KRs) and drive data-informed actions • Prioritize requests and ensure alignment with stakeholders and partner teams • Act as a bridge between Business and Technology, facilitating communication and workflow • Propose continuous improvements for the product and team processes • Contribute to team development and the construction of the strategic roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with digital products and end-to-end product vision • Knowledge of product metrics • Familiarity with discovery (JTBD, prototyping, opportunity mapping, design thinking) • Experience with prioritization techniques (RICE, Kano, value vs. effort) • Basic UX understanding (research, personas, flow/interaction) • Basic knowledge of data analysis • Understanding of OKRs and metrics-driven management • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
