Description

• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement Workday Adaptive functionality • Drive expense forecasting, analysis, and reporting • Support Workday Adaptive Planning data requests • Provide key drivers through monthly management reporting • Identify productivity measures to optimize resource allocation • Translate data into actionable insights • Enhance existing financial models • Review and analyze financial models • Perform ad hoc financial analysis • Business performance analysis and insight

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or quantitative field, MBA a plus • 2-6 years progressive experience in financial planning and analysis • Technically sound with advanced Excel modeling skills • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and BI tools • Experience in SaaS or software industry preferred • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Effective influencer and thought leader • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Impeccable integrity
