🎯 Requirements

• Experience with high volume customer service • Customer-friendly demeanor with a flexible attitude • Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable • Experience and fluency in English writing • Fast learner, quick to adapt to change • Advanced typing skills - minimum 40 wpm • Experience with web-based research • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your computer and mobile device • A dedicated desktop or laptop computer running Windows 11 or later • At least 16 GB of RAM • A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
