📋 Description
• Develop professional relationships with customers • Optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions • Ensure great visibility in retailers • Deliver sales capabilities • Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques • Implement and monitor promotional activities • Place and implement point-of-buying materials • Report on activities
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes • Strong analytical skills • Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG • Perseverance and attention to detail • Graduate or Postgraduate (Fulltime) • Within-country travel requirements
