📋 Description
• Develop professional relationships with customers • Optimize base sales, new product development (NPD), and promotions • Ensure strong retailer visibility and delivery of sales capabilities • Drive field KPIs and achieve annual objectives • Maximize visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques • Implement and monitor promotional activities • Place and implement point-of-buying materials • Report on activities
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes • Strong analytical skills • Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG • Perseverance and attention to detail • Full-time graduate • Ability to work within the country • Primary and secondary sales knowledge
