• At MonetizeMore the Sales Development Representative is an integral part of the demand generation team and solely focuses on outbound prospecting. • Responsible for executing the step-by-step outreach communications via email, phone call, LinkedIn, and other channels, chat, and for researching contacts. • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the MonetizeMore Account Executive pipeline. • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives at targeted accounts. • Research new and existing accounts, achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities, and be the first impression between MonetizeMore and prospects. • Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools like SalesForce, SalesLoft, RedVolcano, Lusha, and Contact Out. • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential MonetizeMore solutions to fulfill requirements.
• Past experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and strong time management skills. • Comfortable with G-Suite (Docs, Excel, Gmail). • Real passion for learning new things and willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment. • Proactivity is a key quality. • English and Portuguese speaker. • Nice to have: Fluent in Spanish and/or another language, basic knowledge in AdTech industries, experience in B2B sales, experience using CRMs.
