• Develop compelling and targeted email copy to drive customer engagement and conversions. • Personalize messaging strategies based on audience segments for maximum impact. • Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and improve overall effectiveness. • Create visually appealing email designs that align with brand identity and enhance user experience. • Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistency in branding across all email marketing materials. • Optimize email design for mobile responsiveness to cater to a diverse audience. • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning to monitoring and reporting. • Ensure seamless integration of email campaigns with Klaviyo and other relevant platforms. • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. • In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo's features and capabilities, leveraging them for maximum effectiveness. • Experience in setting up and managing automated flows within Klaviyo. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Klaviyo integration and campaign execution. • Familiarity with SMS platforms such as Attentive, Post Script, and SMS Bump. • Integration of SMS strategies into the overall marketing plan for a cohesive customer communication approach. • Analyze and leverage SMS platform data to enhance cross-channel marketing strategies. • Implementation of targeted segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content. • Regularly analyze segmentation performance and adjust strategies for improved results. • Collaborate with data analysts to enhance segmentation models based on customer behavior and demographics. • Proven experience as an E-commerce Email Marketer, with a focus on Klaviyo. • Strong copywriting skills and a keen understanding of effective email communication. • Proficiency in Klaviyo and other relevant email marketing tools. • Experience with SMS platforms such as Attentive, Post Script, and SMS Bump. • Knowledge of segmentation strategies for personalized marketing campaigns. • Bonus: Proficiency in email design and collaboration with design teams.
