You're setting the vision that'll help us play bigger and create a category. • Build, launch, and scale big swing bets by systematically transforming high-impact initiatives into predictable holistic growth channels • Know our growth engine like the back of your hand to analyze performance, forecast revenue, and identify areas for optimization across the entire business. • Lead, build, and shape an exceptional team that fosters a culture of high performance.

Requirements

• Action-oriented with an extreme growth mindset. • Grew and built a growth marketing team while demonstrating a serious impact on a company's growth trajectory. • Data-driven and excellent at assessing funnel performance, revenue forecasting, and planning. • Thrive in a highly autonomous, high-output environment. • A natural leader. You understand what needs to be done and carry an extreme ownership/servant leadership approach. • 7-10 years of experience in B2B growth marketing/demand generation, including 3+ years growing, building, and managing marketing teams. • Expert in building predictable growth engines through paid / inbound / ABM.
